Refund policy
Our return policy spans a 7-day window, commencing from the date you receive your item. During this period, you are eligible to request a return, provided that the item remains in the same condition as when it was initially delivered. Additionally, you will be required to present the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us via email at info@vasandlux.com. Upon approval of your return request, we will furnish you with a return shipping label and furnish you with comprehensive instructions regarding where and how to send the package. It's crucial to note that we will not accept items sent back to us without prior authorization.

Please note that we accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged or Faulty Items: Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you thoroughly inspect it. Should you encounter any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
We want to highlight that our vintage vessels may exhibit markings, tarnishing, patina, scratches, verdigris, or wear consistent with their age. However, we do recognize that some items may arrive damaged during shipping. In such cases, we gladly accept returns for damaged items in transit, as well as for candles that do not function correctly. We kindly request that you provide photos in such instances to help us determine if a product qualifies for a return. Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs back to Vas & Lux.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items are not eligible for returns, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). If you have any questions or concerns about the return eligibility of your specific item, please get in touch with us.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: To expedite your receipt of the desired item, the quickest route is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: In addition to the above, if your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification. As previously mentioned, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will promptly notify you of whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
